Krishna's story: For many years Krishna was a highly successful advertising sales executive within one of the largest publishing empires in Australia. Even though she achieved great results and more than met her targets, these results were never achieved with a traditional approach of sell, sell, sell, but though relationship building with her clients. Feeling like a 'fish out of water' in an increasingly 'dog eat dog' environment, Krishna left the advertising industry to pursue a new career in an industry she was passionate about - health and fitness. For 5 years Krishna helped to build a fitness club with a membership of 150 to more than 1400, with membership retention rate of 63% (the industry average was only around 20%), again through relationship building and a genuine and open approach to her clients. In 2003 Krishna went into business with her husband Deane and established Vitality Options Massage on the Sunshine Coast. She now brings her hands-on industry experience to meet the needs of other massage therapists and health practitioners so that they can confidently promote their practices and have the business of their dreams.
